ForNona SERVE DAY April 25, 2026
Join us for a chance to come together as a church to serve our city.
On Saturday, April 25, our whole church family is stepping out to B.L.E.S.S. Our Neighbors in practical and meaningful ways. Every opportunity includes simple ways to demonstrate the love of Jesus—through prayer, listening, serving, and sharing hope.
Below you’ll find a variety of serve opportunities. Whether you love prayer, hospitality, hands-on service, or connecting with families, there is a place for you.
Morning Launch: Begin with Prayer Together
Everyone* will meet together at Harvest at 9:00AM first. We begin our Serve Day the way Jesus began His ministry—with prayer. From there, groups will divide into their specific serving options. (*The Habitat for Humanity group meets directly at their work location. All other groups meet at 9AM at Harvest)
Take a look at the four ways to serve below. When you sign up, you will choose from the options below.
Family advocacy ministry – Foster Family Community Party
L – Listen | E – Eat/Engage | S – Serve
This will be our largest serving option of the day. We’re hosting foster families at Harvest from across our tri-county area. This gathering offers lunch, community, and connection for families—especially meaningful for siblings placed in different homes who reunite at these events.
Volunteers can serve in a variety of ways: set-up/clean-up, serving food, coffee cart, outdoor games/sports, craft stations, bounce house, petting zoo, foster closet, prayer team, and more. Adults and teens can serve as volunteers, and younger children are welcome to join the party with a parent who is serving.

KNOW JESUS - GROW IN FAITH - LIVE WITH PURPOSE
We are for Nona
Too often Christians are known for what they’re against. We want to be known for what we’re for.
At Harvest, we believe following Jesus leads us outward—into our neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and communities. Not with an agenda, but with love. Not just with words, but with action.
We’re committed to being a blessing—praying for people, listening well, showing up in meaningful ways, and serving where it matters most. This isn’t a program we attend; it’s a way of life we’re learning together.
“Nona” is what many of us call this part of southeast Orlando—Lake Nona, Moss Park, and the St. Cloud side of Narcoossee—one growing, connected community we’re proud to call home. That’s why we say: we are For Nona.
We love where we live. And we want to be part of what makes it better.
