The leadership of Harvest exists to equip the people of the church to help our community know and follow Jesus. We desire to see hundreds of individuals and families engage with a life-changing relationship with Jesus locally, while fueling a movement of healthy churches across central Florida.
In 2009 Lee served as the Lead Pastor, building a team to plant Harvest Community Church in Arizona. The church initially met in a movie theater and eventually purchased and renovated a church campus in Southeast Mesa. From 2009-2015, Harvest grew in size and community impact, helping hundreds of families connect and grow in their faith in Jesus.
In 2015, Lee moved to Orlando to lead a national church planting effort based in Central Florida. In the time since he and his wife Melissa have fallen in love with the region and are compelled to share Jesus with the people of Central Florida. As Lead Pastor, Lee will direct the church toward a compelling vision for reaching our community, will develop an engaging Sunday teaching team, and ensure a healthy leadership team exists to accomplish our mission, vision, and values.
Micah worked with Lee Stephenson as Executive Pastor from 2009-2015. He then served as a Campus Pastor in a large Phoenix-area multisite church from 2016-2018. Harvest Florida will be Micah’s third time on a church-planting team. Micah thrives leading from the center of a growing and moving church.
As the Executive Pastor, he will oversee the building of the discipleship and leadership systems and programs needed to fulfill the vision of Harvest Community Church locally and beyond.
Micah is married to Bethany and they have five kids of their own with a passion to see families partner with the church on mission to help others know and follow Jesus.
