Harvest Internship Opportunities
-
Overview
We’re looking for passionate and growing members to join a year-long internship at Harvest Community Church. This experience is designed to deepen your leadership capacity, accelerate your spiritual growth, and give you hands-on ministry experience in the local church. Our goal is to invest in you as a future leader while giving you meaningful opportunities to make a difference now.
-
Learn Leadership Hands-on
Interns serve as key members of our Ministry Leadership Teams. You won’t just assist—you’ll help lead and shape the future of the ministry! You’ll also be mentored by our Staff, gaining feedback and guidance as you develop as a leader of leaders.
Interns will work 10-15 hours weekly as a key team member on our staff in a specific area of ministry (options include Kids, Students, Groups, Worship & Production, Outreach).
-
Grow your Leadership IQ
Once a week, Interns join a small cohort of young leaders in a structured environment focused on growing their leadership IQ. We’ll dive into key principles of spiritual leadership, practical tools for leading people, and the inner life of a godly leader. The cohort combines personal reflection, reading assignments, group discussion, and leadership challenges.
This is where theory and practice meet—where interns are challenged to not just lead better, but become someone worth following.
